Products displayed on this Site are available only whilst stocks last.
Every effort has been made to reflect product as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.

The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in UK sterling, and are only valid and effective in the UK. Payments can only be made in UK sterling. The prices include VAT at 17.5% except on book, and are subject to change if the applicable rate of VAT changes before your order is accepted. Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified below.

Our postage & packaging rates for all UK deliveries are charged as follows:

There are two delivery options: a 1-2 working day delivery or a 3-5 working day delivery. Both services are provided by Royal Mail & require a signature on receipt. If you are out when Royal Mail attempt delivery they will leave a card notifying you that your package has been returned to your local delivery office for you to either collect or to contact them to arrange redelivery. The faster 1-2 day service is charged at £7.00 per order, whereas the 3 -5 day service is charged at £5.00 per order. All orders placed using either of these options will insure the items ordered for up to the sum of £500.00 in the event of loss of goods in transit to you.

Please note that all orders placed after 1.30pm between Mon-Thurs will count the following working day as day 1. Orders placed on a Fri will count Mon as day 1. Please note that all public holidays and weekends are not considered working days.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, in addition to your statutory rights, if for any reason you would like to return a purchase to us, please refer to the returns policy and procedure set out below:

We offer a refund on any unworn, undamaged item within 14 days of the receipt of the goods. If the goods are being returned because they are unsuitable, the cost of postage when returning the goods is to be paid by you. If the goods are being returned because they are faulty, the cost of returning the item will be paid by Kew.

If you wish to return any item, please follow these quick, easy steps:

1. Please ensure that you have filled out your refurns form indicating the reason for your return. Please remeber to enclose your form with your goods.
2. Wrap your item(s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit. Please reuse the orginal packaging if possible.
3. Attach the sticky returns address label and send back to Kew using either a Special or Recorded delivery service to the address below.
4. Please note we cannot accept goods perchased either online or ordered from our cataloge in any of our Kew stores.

We reserve the right to send goods back to you if they have been worn or soiled in any way. We also reserve the right to make a charge of £10 per item to cover the extra handling and postage costs we incur.

Goods not received

Claims in relation to items charged but not received should be made within 90 days of the statement charge.

Order Cancellation

1. If for any reason you wish to cancel your order you may do so up until the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you will receive the goods (the "cooling off period"
2. Notification of cancellation must be made to Kew in writing. Such written notice may be hand delivered or sent to the address (below) by post, fax or email.
3. The goods must then be returned to Pelican Press ( Porthole Cottage, Peartree Hill, Stonegate, TN5 7EP, United Kingdom) at your own cost in good condition within 14 days of cancellation. In order that no damage occurs in transit it is recommended that the goods be sent by recorded or special delivery.
4. If the goods are being returned because they are damaged or defective please refer to the general returns policy and note that in that instance Kew will pay the cost of returning the items.
5. On notice of cancellation of your order being given under these “cooling off” provisions, Kew will refund the price of the goods and the original cost of delivery of the goods to you within 30 days.

Sale purchased goods

All order for sale items purchased online may be cancelled during the period of 7 days from the day after receipt of the goods (the cooling off period). If an order is not cancelled during this period and you wish to return the product, you may exchange the item for a period of up to 14 days from receipt of the goods. Refunds are not available following the cooling off period, unless the goods are faulty or damaged, in which case you are entitled to a full refund.

In addition to allowing us to check your creditworthiness and process your orders, the personal data you submit, and our records of your visits to the Site, will be used to monitor and improve our service to you, and for marketing purposes. We may send you, brochures, leaflets and catalogues displaying our products and services, and may telephone you in order to tell you of promotional offers, to discuss account details or for market research. We will respect the privacy of your personal data, and will comply with all data protection legislation for the time being in force in the UK.

We do not make our mailing list available for marketing purposes to anyone outside the Robinson Webster group of companies and, unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction, will not disclose your personal data to anyone.
