Johanna Angermeyer is the daughter of one of the first settlers on the Galapagos Islands. In addition to her book “My Father's Island: A Galapagos Quest”, she now shares rare photographs, family drawings and interviews with old timers, giving a unique glimpse of life in the early days in the Enchanted Islands, the Galapagos.
Johanna Angermeyer has sold her art all over the world and her book “My Father's Island: A Galapagos Quest” is on its fifth reprint and is soon to be translated into Spanish.
Concerned with animal welfare, Johanna Angermeyer is involved with conservation of both human and wildlife habitats. She visits Galapagos frequently where she has strong family ties.
